A non-profit organization established to implement, develop, disseminate information, and coordinate prevention programs for pre-delinquent youth and adults who are or may become involved in the judicial system.  Community Insights offer three programs in prevention and education of minors in possession (MIP) of alcohol, and adult shoplifting rehabilitation.  Community Insights does not engage in diagnosis or assessment of chemical dependency, however, they are concerned with increased awareness and education of the substance abuser and shoplifter.

The Minor Alcohol Prevention Program is sponsored by the Billings Police Department.  This program is designed to educate and empower all aspects of the community to take responsibility for underage drinking. Alcohol awareness presentations are offered, by request, to area youth.  Assistance on legal awareness, policy implementation, and training seminars are available to alcohol merchants in Yellowstone County.  Motivational presentation are available to any and all clubs, special interest groups, and any interested parties, aimed at addressing underage drinking, and what can be done to raise awareness.
